What am I to do with all those small sewing tools?  I know, make a Butterfly Tool Pouch!

Hoop Sizes: 5X7 or larger

• • Features: Embroidering and Applique with leather
  • Techniques: Complete pouch is done in the hoop with the exception of stringing the drawstring

You can always use the artwork from this project on tote bags, wallets, mug rugs, etc.  You are only limited by your imagination, let it go free!

If you only want the design, you can bring a USB to the class or request a link for an instant download.  However, if you would like to bring your embroidery machine along, you are free to set it up after the class and have fun sewing for the rest of the day!  Remember, the next day is Open Sew and you can leave your machine here overnight and come back for another whole day of sewing/embroidery fun (don’t worry, we’ll tuck your machine in nice and warm for the night!)!

If you would like us to provide the kit for you, we will provide everything you need but the thread to complete one project.

Designs and Kit for 1  5X7 project: $25.00 (includes printed instructions, and all materials to complete 1 kit)

Rent our machine: $25

What to bring to make project in store:

Embroidery machine and module

5″ x 7″ or larger Hoop

Embroidery foot, empty bobbins to wind for matching top thread when needed

Threads (suggested by Kimberbell): dark grey, yellow, blue, white, green

Notions:  Embroidery scissors for trimming, straight pins, bodkin or larger safety pin for feeding your drawstring

Tape: Removable Positioning Tape (Also sold in store.)
