Just want to sing the praises of staff at Stitch in Time. Your service is always top notch. The girls are always quick with a “hello and how can we help you” when you walk in the door! I recently brought my machines in for servicing and worked with Shawn. He served my machines and made sure they were ready when needed. Keith was very helpful in getting me started on my scan n cut, spending some one on one time to make sure i understand. Trudy and Jan were full of information and advice on how to complete projects for a professional outcome. Finally, after spending 3 great days at the recent open sew event, Jay spent over an hour adjusting my thread cutter so I didn’t have to face constant retreating. He wanted to make sure my machine is in top notch shape! And it is! So THANK YOU to the whole Stitch In Time team for your great, ongoing customer service!!

Jay was super knowledgeable and obviously loves what he does. The whole staff was friendly and engaging. When it’s time to buy a new machine I’ll be happy to drive the extra miles to Bemidji!

The Team at “A Stitch in Time” is may I say, “a cut above the rest”. I purchased a sewing machine for my wife, & Jay was exceptional at asking the right questions to be sure I got the machine I needed. If you have any repairs for sewing machine or vacuum, bring them in as well… Their highly skilled repairmen will fix your problems. They do not “cut corners”. I highly recommend you check them out!
