We like to make it easy

You Drop-Off
You bring your vacuum and describe its problems or if it just needs to be serviced anyway. We confirm your contact information, and enter your vacuum into the line of vacuums. You take home a receipt with your ticket information on it.

We Repair
Now, we service your vacuum, once its turn comes around. Usually its a good week or two until your vacuum will be finished. Occasionally, the vacuum will need parts that we do not stock. In that case, you will typically receive a phone call from us detailing what’s going on with your vacuum, how long you might need to wait, and/or to what price the estimated subtotal is rising.

You Pick-Up
Once your vacuum is finished, we will notify you with a text or email; if neither is available, we will call the number(s) that we have on file. If, after the ticket has been here 60 days or more and we cannot contact you through any of our available means, we then assume the responsibility of the vacuum.
Once you arrive, we will settle the invoice and you’ll be on your way. Your vacuum is garunteed 30 days after pickup. If something wrong still occurs, we will make it right at no labor cost to you!
