Free Training for LIFE
Learn & Love Your New Machine
One of the cornerstones of our operation is the idea that everyone should receive free training with the purchase of a machine. In order to give our customers the best education possible we avoid traditional classes and prefer a direct approach. Every machine we sell, from the tiniest traveler, to the largest longarm, receives personalized lessons for it based on your schedule.
How It Works
- Individual Instruction The heart of our education program is individual instruction. Customers can stop in anytime and receive help with simple questions. Longer lessons can be scheduled in advance, with Saturday options avaialble. This applies to all machines we sell, including used machines.
- Phone Support Need help now? Call us and we’ll do our best to help you over the phone. We can’t solve every problem remotely but it’s worth a try to avoid lugging your machine all the way into the shop. Educators and techinicians are happy to help during normal business hours.
- Delivery & Setup Larger machines, such as Handiquitlers, receive an initial training with delivery. This training gets you up and running but it’s by no means the end of the training available. I highly encourage all large machine purchasers to build in a few in-store training sessions right away so you can get the most out of your purchase. In fact, you can get training even before delivery! The moment your machine is ordered you’re part of the A Stitch In Time family and eligible for instruction.
- HQ Prostitcher One particular training I enjoy the most is for Handiquilter Prostitcher. Advanced classes for Prostitcher can easily cost hundreds of dollars and be in a group setting. Our customers can get all the one-on-one training they want, whenever it works for them. Learn at your own pace! Learn what you want to learn! Bring a friend if you’d like and we’ll make it a whole day affair.
Long Story Short…
