A few years ago, Janome released the Continental series of machines.  This machine with 14 inches of space to the right of the needle, powerful motor, and some truly refined sewing options, this machine has been amazing!  We are excited to host a day of learning on these machines so that you who have already purchased it, or are looking at maybe expanding your sewing field, can come spend a day with us, and learn these machines better!

The class schedule will begin with learning what most of the new features of the machine are, and how to use them in a general way.  In other words, we will be sewing on small pieces of material, but not making any projects as such.  Then after lunch, we will have a demonstration on the new M8 stitch regulated free motion, followed by everyone making a small cuddle quilt that you will be able to take home!  In order to make something you like, please choose the option you like best when you check out so that we can have that cuddle kit ready for you!  (orders placed after July 27th will have to choose from the kits we have available in the store).

Lunch will be provided and catered by Qdoba!

What to bring:

• Your Continental M6, M7, or M8 machine.  (If you do not have one, but would like to take the class to see if it is right for you, please call the store to request to use one of ours.
• Power cord, and foot control.
• Extension table that came with your machine (if it was included)
• All feet and accessories that you have with your machine.
• A bright smile, and sunny disposition!  This is going to be fun!

Cost:

The cost for this one day class is $100 and includes all supplies and lunch.  If you purchased your machine from us, please contact us for your discount code and we will take $50 off the class price.
